It is a morning unlike any other, for today Hajime "Jimmy" Lara is going to do something she has never(?) done before — take a big CHOMP out of Junta's tail!

Hajime "Jimmy" Lara and Junta are two beautiful cats who live together in a little house with two weird humans. But who cares about humans? Jimmy has her eyes on one target, and it's that enticing, twitchy, wriggly-wiggly tail sprouting out of Junta's butt.

The story will involve a brief introduction to Ms. Jimmy and Mr. Junta before she spends her hours honing her skills to pull off the perfect crime.

Bolster her STEALTH, ROUMB, CUTE, and BITE stats to ensure that she achieves her almighty goal!

About Jimmy and her Quest

This is Hajime Lara. She is a beautiful pet cat. JimmyQuest is an interactive video game in which you can guide her in noble endeavors and arduous undertakings. It is a Cat Life Simulator made in Godot 4 by Team RedText (Runa, dollsncrafts, and moonlitemuseum) initially created as part of a prototyping jam for Team RedText's main project, Desiderium: a fleeting refrain. Because Jimmy, and by extension her quest, were so charming, we decided to finish JimmyQuest up into its own small, delightful experience with Miss Hajime Lara.

Q: But, if JimmyQuest is Free then why does it cost $10.00? 

A: JimmyQuest is supporting a Palestinian Relief Bundle, so we want to encourage everyone who wants to meet Jimmy and enjoy her antics to support that bundle instead! If you do end up buying JimmyQuest here from this page, however, we'll just use that money to buy another copy of the bundle so you may as well buy one and get lots of other great games while you're at it!

Q: What happens after the bundle period is over?

A: Once the bundle is finished, JimmyQuest will be free to download.

JimmyQuest was originally a small prototype made with some alpha and pre-release components, so you might encounter a bug or graphical glitch while playing. If you find a bug, let us know and Jimmy will eat it! Jimmy loves to eat bugs. We may not be able to fix every issue in JimmyQuest since we're now focusing on Desiderium, but we'll make sure there are no crashes or major issues that keep you from enjoying Jimmy's antics.
